Comprehensive spa facilities, large flat screen TV with UK channels, wooden furniture throughout the room
Not having air conditioning can make summer nights unbearable!!! Bathroom design with narrow bathtubs lacking proper showers is frustrating and potentially unsafe!!!

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the relaxing hiking excursions around the mountain lakes near Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room for both the kids and our dog. Plus, the breakfast spread was quite enjoyable!
My kids wished for more play areas for them outdoors.

great location , but needs better amenities
The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which featured an appealing selection of both hot and cold items each morning. The room I stayed in provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploration, with great attention to detail in the decor. Additionally, the ski storage facilities were a game changer for a smooth transition to and from the slopes.
The amenities felt a bit lacking compared to my expectations.

Comfortable Stay with Delicious Breakfast
I enjoyed my stay for two nights in a Single Room. The breakfast featured an array of tasty breads, cheeses, and cereals. Interactions with staff were pleasant, and they provided great tips for local attractions. Book a double room for more space if you're tall!

Cozy rooms with excellent breakfast selection
I enjoyed my stay in a Standard Double Room, which was well-decorated and cozy. The breakfast offered freshly baked croissants, a variety of organic juices, and hot options that made mornings delightful. The staff was very welcoming, providing helpful dining recommendations and local excursion advice. The location was perfect, only a short walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. One downside was that the spa facilities could use better maintenance.
