Suitable for skiing. Absolutely stunning and huge room with balcony, amicable staff. Good customer service. Everything good. Location next to easy access by foot from the train station, various shops and restaurants, supermarket, train station and other shops.

Access issue on the day of departure: We encountered a frustrating situation on the day of our departure. Our key card became inoperable, preventing us from accessing the ski room to retrieve our skis.

Great central location, only 700 feet from a cool museum 🏛️. the family vibe here is lovely. the room is spacious with a big bathroom and a separate toilet.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all the famous restaurants, bars, and shops in Zermatt. Every staff member was helpful and excellent, and our room even had a balcony.

The continental breakfast with bacon & eggs, meats, cereals is the highlight. The location is particularly good and unbeatable, 2 miles from an imposing mountain. It is also close to bars and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is just off the main street and easily accessible on foot from the train station. The location is superb, with everything within a 3-4 minute walk. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious room and a clean and well-stocked breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
